You only pay for listing. ORDO takes no commission on deals and never handles the money between a workshop and its customer.
Plans
A plan raises the limit of published cards. Everything else — photos, showcase, contacts, statistics — is the same on every tier.
Free tier

1 product card, production photos, a showcase and every contact channel. The profile stays in the catalog as long as one product is published.
Days are added to the current period. When you switch plans the new limit applies at once; cards above it are hidden temporarily and return when you upgrade.
Catalog promotion
Promoted workshops open the catalog and carry a “Promoted” badge. It works on top of any tier, the free one included; buying again adds days.

How payment works
Pick a plan or a promotion in your cabinet, under “Plan & billing”.
Pay by QR code in your banking app. The code lives for a few minutes, so go straight to payment.
The limit updates automatically once the bank confirms; a PDF receipt appears in your payment history.
Money questions
Do I have to pay to be in the catalog?
No. A profile with one published card is listed for free. A plan only matters when you want to publish more cards.
What happens when my plan runs out?
The limit falls back to the free tier: cards above it are hidden temporarily and come back by themselves when you renew. Your profile, photos and data are never deleted.
Can I switch plans mid-period?
Yes. The new limit applies immediately and the paid days are added to the current period. Before paying for a smaller plan, make sure you do not need the extra cards right now.
Does ORDO take a commission on deals?
No. The deal, the payment and the delivery happen directly between the workshop and the customer; the platform is not involved.
How do I get a receipt?
A PDF receipt is available in your cabinet, in the payment history, right after payment. It states the plan, the period and the amount.
How do promo codes work?
Enter the code before paying in your cabinet — the discount is applied to the amount before you are sent to pay. Codes are issued by partners and ORDO support.
I paid but the limit did not update
Activation is normally instant. If the bank is slow to confirm, the payment is re-checked automatically every few minutes. If an hour has passed, contact support with the date and the amount.
Can I get a refund?
For an unused period — by contacting support. A refund revokes the plan or promotion that was bought.
