Privacy policy

Version 2026-01. Effective from September 2, 2026.

We collect only what the catalog, phone login and payments need. Below is exactly what, why, and how to manage it.

1. What data we process

Account data: phone number, role, interface language, the version of the terms you accepted and when.

Workshop data (sellers only): name, city, address, description, contact channels, photos, products and workload status. This data is published in the catalog by your decision; contacts are revealed only to logged-in buyers.

Usage events: views of catalog and workshop pages, contact reveals (who, whose contact, which channel, when), favorites. They power seller statistics, abuse protection and ranking.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, session identifier — for login, limits and security.

Telegram data: chat identifier and username, if you connected the bot to receive codes and notifications.

Payment data (sellers only): plan, amount, status and the transaction identifier at the payment provider. We never receive or store card or banking-app details.

2. Why

So you can log in with your phone number, so the catalog works, so buyers can reach workshops, to send notifications about payments and moderation, to accept payments and issue receipts, to protect the platform from spam and scraping, and to show sellers the statistics of their page.

3. Who we share it with

The SMS and Telegram providers — to deliver codes and notifications; the payment provider — to process payments; the hosting provider — to store data. Each receives only what its task needs.

Workshop contacts are received by buyers who revealed them through the button. Buyers' personal data is not passed to workshops.

We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Where the law requires it, data may be provided to authorised bodies.

4. How long we keep it

Account and workshop data — while the account exists. View events — for a limited period, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Payment records and the action log — for as long as accounting and dispute resolution require.

5. Your rights

You can view and change account and workshop data in your cabinet. To change your phone number, delete the account or get a copy of your data, write to support from the account's number: the profile is hidden and personal data anonymised.

Consent can be withdrawn the same way; the account can no longer be used afterwards.

6. Cookies

The site uses a single session cookie for login. There are no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

7. Contacts

Questions about data go to support: links are in the footer and in Help. We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
