Everything on ORDO is free for buyers: searching workshops, browsing products and getting direct contacts.

Finding a workshop

  • Open the catalog and filter by city, product category and minimum batch — only workshops that will take an order of your size remain.
  • The “Products” tab searches specific items: price from, batch, fabric composition, size range.
  • Workload is set by the workshop itself: “Taking orders” — free capacity, “Busy” — will take it with a queue, “Fully loaded” — not taking orders now.
  • The “Promoted” mark is a paid placement at the top of the list. It does not affect the workshop's data.

Getting contacts

  • Press “Show contacts” on the workshop's profile.
  • If you are not logged in, the site asks for your phone number and a verification code. No password is needed. On first login choose the “Buyer” role.
  • The code arrives in Telegram: open our bot with the button and share your number — the code comes to the chat. If Telegram is unavailable, the code is sent by SMS.
  • Choose a channel: phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram or 2GIS. Copy the value or open it straight in the app.
  • Every contact you reveal is kept under “My contacts” — no need to search again.

Agreeing on an order

  • Tell the workshop you found them on ORDO — they will understand the context faster.
  • Put the sample, deadlines, price and delivery terms in writing.
  • Start with a trial batch: it checks quality and lead times without a big risk.
  • The deal is between you and the workshop: ORDO is not involved in payment and takes no commission.

Favorites and “My contacts”

  • The heart on a workshop or product card saves it to Favorites. If the workshop leaves the catalog it stays in the list with a note.
  • “My contacts” lists the workshops whose contacts you revealed, with the date. The values open again on the workshop's page.

If something is wrong

  • Press “Report” on the workshop's page, pick a category and describe the problem. It can be anonymous.
  • Moderators review every report. Offenders are hidden from the catalog or banned.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Free for buyers, with no limit on the number of orders.

The code does not arrive

Check that you opened the bot in Telegram and shared your number. Wait a minute and press “Send the code again”. Frequent requests are limited temporarily.

Why can't I open a contact channel?

The workshop fills in its contacts itself — only the filled channels are shown.

How many contacts can I reveal?

Daily limits apply and are more than enough for a regular buyer. If you hit one, wait and try again later.

A workshop disappeared from the catalog

It may have hidden its products, gone into moderation or been banned. It stays in Favorites and My contacts with a note.

Which languages does the site support?

Russian, Kyrgyz and English — the switcher is in the header and the footer.
